This website is operated by VH Studio L.L.C. ("VH Studio", "we", "us"), a business licensed by Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone Authority, with its registered address at Sharjah Media City (Shams), Al Messaned, Al Bataeh, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@vhstudio.co.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use vhstudio.co or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.
It is written to reflect Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the UAE PDPL). Where you contact us from outside the UAE, equivalent local rights may also apply.
The personal data we collect
Data you give us directly
When you submit the enquiry form or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we collect your name, business email address, and the content of your message. You may also choose to provide your company name, telephone or WhatsApp number, website, and details of the business challenge you want to discuss.
Data collected automatically
When you visit the site we may collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring source, and the date and time of your visit. Where cookies require consent, this data is only collected after you consent.
We do not deliberately collect sensitive personal data as defined by the PDPL. Please do not include sensitive personal or confidential commercial information in your enquiry message.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list on the basis of an enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies. Essential cookies are required for the site to work and are set without consent. Analytics and any other non-essential cookies are only set after you consent through the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time.

Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our instructions, and only so far as necessary:
- Hostinger — website and email hosting, server logs, and the storage and delivery of website enquiries
- Google Analytics 4 (Google) — website analytics, subject to your consent
- Google Ads and LinkedIn — advertising and campaign measurement where enabled, subject to your consent
- Cloudflare (Turnstile) — bot protection on the enquiry form. It processes session-scoped technical signals to distinguish human from automated submissions and does not track visitors across sites.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms
Website forms are operated through WordPress and JetFormBuilder within our hosted website environment.
We may also disclose personal data where we are required to do so by law, by a competent authority, or by a court order.
We do not share your personal data with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Transfers outside the UAE
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States and other locations where those providers operate. Where we transfer personal data outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard consistent with the PDPL, including through the contractual terms and safeguards used by those providers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted.
Enquiries that lead to an engagement: for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards, where needed to meet commercial, tax and regulatory record-keeping requirements.
Analytics data: for up to 14 months in our analytics platform, unless it is anonymised or aggregated sooner.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal data is processed
- request access to the personal data we hold about you
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- request deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligations
- request restriction of, or object to, certain processing
- request transfer of your data to you or another controller
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office
To exercise any of these rights, email info@vhstudio.co. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity first.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a personal data breach occurs that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify the UAE Data Office and, where required, notify you.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published at vhstudio.co/privacy-policy/ with the date it was last updated.
